Neves Group

Neves Group is owned by Rich and Christy Gibas. The office is located at 801 W. Bradley Ave, Champaign.

Neves Group was a late night idea originally dreamt up by Rich Gibas and his dad after watching the infomercial by Carlton Sheets, No Money Down. Rich convinced six friends to put $50 into an account monthly, saving to buy the first “No Money Down” property. During one of the early meetings, one of the partners doodled seven backwards and Neves was born. The first single family home was purchased in 1998. Currently Neves Group owns 1 single family house, 3 small apartment buildings and a commercial building.

Today Neves Group has morphed into a business that has exceeded Rich’s expectations. Neves Group has actually divided and is two companies. Neves Group Investments, LLC still invests in property and Rich has a maintenance division run from this company. Neves Group Property Management, INC was established in 2007 when Christy was asked to manage one single family house. Currently Neves Group Property Management, INC manages more than 300 units for 80+ owners.

We manage all types of rental properties. We specialize in single family homes and small to medium apartment buildings. Our philosophy is to provide safe, quality, affordable housing to everyone. We strive to be the best for our property owners as well as our tenants.
